6. Online Transactions and Right to Cancel (for Consumers)

6.1 Ordering, offers and acceptance and creation of a contract

You may submit an offer to purchase goods or services offered or advertised by us on this website or elsewhere. Such an offer, whether by submitting an order form, web enquiry or other statement to similar effect, does not create a binding contract between us.

On receipt of your order, we will send you confirmation that we have received your order / contact you at the details given to discuss your order / confirm acceptance of your order and conclusion of the contract.

Where it is stated that any order involves an obligation to pay you will not be deemed to have submitted an order where the payment is not authorised.

An order may not be accepted by us for the following reasons (this list is not exhaustive):

  • We do not have the products or goods in stock
  • We are unable for organisational reasons to fulfil the order or provide the services
  • Due to a pricing or product/service description error
  • Due to legal, postal or other restrictions meaning that you are not eligible to order the selected products or services
  • Due to a failure to obtain authorisation for any payment

A legally binding contract is formed when we send you written confirmation of order acceptance and receive full or partial payment as required. The contract will be concluded in English.

6.2 Right to Cancel (consumers only): If you purchase goods or services online, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the product/service is exempt (e.g., digital downloads, where access has started).  To cancel, email karen@minervainspires.com within 14 days of purchase. Services already provided cannot be refunded.
